September 6, 1995: HYLIR Group was established, marking the beginning of its journey as a centennial enterprise.

May 8, 1998: The steel business was officially launched with a partnership formed with Pangang Group, initiating the "focus and concentrate" rapid development strategy for HYLIR's steel sector.

1999: Strategic partnerships were formed with the three "Qingdao Golden Flower" enterprises—Haier, Hisense, and Aucma—laying the foundation for the development of large-scale terminal clients.

2005: HYLIR introduced a technology-driven "diversification" strategy, marking the beginning of a new era in its strategic development.

2010: HYLIR partnered with Shougang Group to establish Shougang (Qingdao) Steel Co., Ltd. It also implemented the "advancing the enterprise through industry" strategy, which led to rapid growth in the steel sector.

In 2015, based on the strategy of "developing enterprises by industry", the company established a joint venture company in Chongqing in strategic cooperation with Lian Steel to explore the southwest area, and the development of intelligent manufacturing is becoming more and more mature

2016: The diversification strategy was further expanded, highlighted by the successful hosting of the China-Czech Green Development New Technology Forum. The company ventured into the environmental protection sector, enhancing its efforts in energy conservation and environmental protection.

2018: During the "New Era Entrepreneur Creative Sharing Alliance - China-UK Technology Finance Tour," HYLIR was awarded the British Technology Investment and Business Leaders graduation certificate by the Mayor of Oxford. At the same time, Wang Shujian, the Vice Governor of Shandong Province and Vice Chairman of the Provincial Political Consultative Conference, visited the Czech Republic to review the results of HYLIR's Czech-China cooperation. This event marked the beginning of a new chapter in HYLIR's global investment strategy.

2020: HYLIR was recognised as one of Qingdao's Top 100 Enterprises. It achieved a production value of 10 billion RMB and a sales volume of 1 million tonnes in its main business, successfully meeting its "Double 100" target for three consecutive years.

2020: HYLIR participated in the mixed-ownership reform of Pangang Group and the official launch of the Jinquan Sports Park, marking a key step in HYLIR Group's investment strategy.

2020: HYLIR signed the agreement for its AI Intelligent Manufacturing Headquarters Base project in Chengdu's Jinniu District, representing a major advancement in HYLIR Group's industrial ecosystem upgrade and transformation.

2021: The Shougang Steel Industrial Internet Factory Cloud Platform was launched, taking HYLIR's intelligent manufacturing + industry chains to a new level.

2021: HYLIR invested in the establishment of Jiaozi Jin Hua, Shoucheng Holdings, Jinhua Aviation, and Sichuan Yiwixun. It also entered into a strategic cooperation with Haier Haina Cloud, steadily advancing HYLIR Group's "One Body, Two Wings" strategic investments.

2023： the group acquired Xiangtan Yinhe New Energy, invested in Sichuan Angle's solid-state battery, and strategically positioned itself in the electric boat industry as well as the next-generation high-safety, high-power, long-life, and low-cost power and energy storage battery industry.

2024： the group strategically deployed its business in the low-altitude economy and digital-intelligence esports sectors. It invested in and introduced Kunpeng Intelligent Equipment, established Linghang Zhongcheng and Xuanzhi Future, expanded multi-dimensional ecological scenarios, and unleashed new impetus from digital technology.
