Qingdao HYLIR Investment Group Co., Ltd. (HYLIR Group for short) was founded in 1995. It is a comprehensive ecological enterprise that integrates multiple sectors, such as intelligent manufacturing, smart Eco solutions, Advanced Digital Technology, technological innovation, and cultural tourism. Currently, HYLIR holds controlling or minority stakes in 52 companies. It ranks among the top 100 enterprises in Qingdao. In addition, it is listed among the top 100 private enterprises and top 50 service enterprises in Shandong Province, China.

Eastern Region - Intelligent Manufacturing + Smart Manufacturing (Qingdao) Industrial Park

The park is located in the Qingdao Area of the China (Shandong) Free Trade Zone. It spans an area of 127 mu and has successfully completed its third phase of development. It is a key project initiated by the Qingdao municipal government. The park hosts the Shougang Steel Industrial Internet factory, the only facility in the Qingdao region capable of processing a comprehensive range of products. It also features a high-end intelligent equipment support centre and a flexible, customised production facility specialising in laser blanking and forming. Focusing on intelligent manufacturing and industry chains, the park attracts high-end, high-tech industries from both upstream and downstream sectors of intelligent manufacturing. Driven by customer-specific needs of customers, it offers one-stop, full-process solutions that seamlessly integrate R&D, design, production, and service. The park is committed to becoming an industrial demonstration platform for the high-quality development of enterprises.

Western Region - AI Intelligent Manufacturing (Chengdu) Headquarters Base

Located in the Jinniu District of Chengdu, this project is led by the Jinniu District and operated by HYLIR Group. It combines intelligent technology, cutting-edge technological innovation, smart offices, and modern business functions to establish an "international, ecological, and intelligent" headquarters base. Spanning a total area of approximately 263 mu, with Phase 1 covering 79 mu, the project features smart transportation supported by the industrial internet. It aims to establish five key centres: the AI+ Industry Centre, the Industry Finance Centre, the Technology Achievement Transformation Centre, the Modern Service Industry Centre, and the Global Settlement Centre. The goal is to develop a smart park platform, a comprehensive technology service system, and a multi-platform service model consisting of "entity + platform + technology services." The goal is to become a global leader in industry incubation platforms.
